We had a very comfortable and spacious room during our stay. The cleaning service was excellent, with fresh towels and sheets provided daily. The air conditioning in the rooms was a lifesaver, given the high humidity in the area. The staff at the reception were welcoming and polite, although their lack of English skills was a minor inconvenience. However, we managed to overcome this hurdle using translation tools on our smartphones. The hotel is conveniently located near several shops and a mall, making it easy to find everything we needed. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this place to family and friends.
